The situation

A warning on one device may be a small problem. The same suspicious activity on several devices could be much more serious. You should not have to open every device page and piece that story together yourself.

What Freeish does

The sentinels would look across devices for signs of a threat, connect related events, and tell you what deserves investigation.

How it actually works

The design calls for devices to examine specific activity, such as logons, processes, and network connections. They would send limited, relevant findings rather than every raw event. Freeish would compare findings across devices and alert you when a defined pattern warrants it. Investigative actions would use reviewed, bounded queries, not unrestricted commands sent to every computer. Those mechanisms still need to be built and tested.

Can I use this now, and what would I need?

No. Freeish has individual device checks and some notifications today, but not this cross-device threat-hunting capability. There is no sentinels setup to complete yet.
